Each one of our tours is designed, and aims, to offer visits to attractions 
that are both a unique and relevant.
All our itineraries include visits to places of general - or special - interest
which have been thoroughly researched to make your tour a rich and all-encompassing experience.

Quality and your enjoyment and comfort are of utmost importance to us.
Our tours are available upon demand for independent travelers, small private groups or large groups.
We are also offering "guaranteed-departure" (pre-scheduled / set date)
and any traveler, or small group of travelers, can join theese tours.

Paralela 45
Tours & Events Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form the basis of the contract between you and Paralela 45. 
The contract shall be formed when Paralela 45 acknowledges acceptance of your booking and has received the required payment.
Applying to attend a Paralela 45 tour, event or activity indicates that you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below.

Your tour/ room/ activity can only be confirmed once a deposit has been received.

Cancellation and Changes by Customer
Cancellation of a booking must be done in writing.  
We cannot accept a cancellation unless we receive written notice from you. 
Where possible, Paralela 45 will endeavor to refund all or part of your payment if you are unable to attend.
Cancellation charges may apply.
In the event of a no-show or not arriving on time for a tour, event or activity a refund will be made for services that can be cancelled and have not been pre-paid to our partners (i.e. meals, attractions admission charge).

Cancellation by Paralela 45
If, for any reasons beyond the control of Paralela 45, we must cancel a tour, visit or activity
a refund will be made to the customer by the same method the deposit was taken.
In the rare instance that it may be necessary (i.e. severe weather or other conditions that may have an effect on safety),
Paralela 45 reserves the right to postpone or cancel confirmed tours, events or activities.
If Paralela 45 needs to cancel a tour, event or activity, for any reason,
then participants can be invited to transfer to another tour/ event/ activity.   
Should the participant wish to take up the offer of a transfer,
any difference in cost will be charged or credited accordingly.
Where the offer of a transfer is not accepted a refund will be made to the customer by the same method the deposit was taken.
The refund made to the customer will reflect only the activity or part of the activity cancelled and thus will be a part or full sum of the entire payment made to Paralela 45.

Our Responsibilities
Paralela 45 cannot accept responsibility unless you or any member of your party suffer as a result of any proven failure to perform, or improper performance of, any part of our contract with you by any of our employees, agents or sub-contractors (providing they were carrying out work authorized by us).
We cannot accept any responsibility where any injury, damage or loss resulted from; any act or omission of the person or persons affected, any act or omission of a third party not connected with your tour/ event/activity and which were not foreseen or unavoidable, an event which neither Paralela 45 nor the activity provider could have foreseen or avoided even with all due care.
Except for claims for personal injury or death, we limit the maximum amount we may have to pay you to the price paid in respect of each person affected.

Your Responsibilities
Paralela 45 takes safety very seriously.
However, travel by its very nature, does contain some elements of risk and it is a condition of booking that you understand this.
Participants must acknowledge these risks and take steps to act in their own best interests.
For all our activities, as well as for your entire tour, we recommend that you take out your own personal accident insurance cover.
Paralela 45 / our guides and suppliers / reserve the right not to provide a service or complete an activity with clients who may be deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or otherwise unfit to participate in the tour/ visit/ activity.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit enough to undertake your chosen tour/ visit/ event/ activity.
Paralela 45 is not responsible for any accidents, illnesses or loss of any activity days as a result of alcohol and/or drug consumption.
For safety reasons, some tours / visits/ activities may have certain age and health restrictions.
When booking, we ask that you declare any medical conditions relating to yourself or the people covered by your booking.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any condition not disclosed.
Participants bringing along valuables and personal property do so at their own risk and are responsible for their safety.
Paralela 45 cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal items.

Travel has inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. 
Whist Paralela 45, its agents and activity suppliers take all necessary precautions to try and ensure the safety of all participants,
unfortunately accidents could occur in consequence.
Paralela 45 accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or injury resulting from any persons' participation in its tours, events or activities.  
Furthermore, it is understood and agreed that individuals participate at their own risk.

Accident at Accommodations
Paralela 45 cannot accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by your party, or their guest, or their property during your stay at accommodation provided, except where it arises from the negligence or willful default on our part.  
You will be held responsible for any serious damage done or loss sustained to property during your stay.

Any complaints must be notified to Paralela 45 on the day so that attempts can be made to resolve any problems there and then.
